Mix 1 cup of The Spice Club Foxtail Millet Flour, sugar or honey and mix well together. In a Kadai/Pan add ghee & roast the cashew nuts till golden brown. Add the roasted cashew nuts, cardamom powder (1 tsp) and ghee(½ tsp) in to the Foxtail Millet Flour and make a small ball. Now Foxtail Millet Laddu is ready. The Spice Club Foxtail can be used to make Pakoda, Murukku, Roti, etc.
