Direction: Heat Oil in a kadai and add Mustard seed, Curry leaf and small Onion and saute until they turn golden brown. Add chopped Tomato, desired Vegetables and Salt and continue to saute till cooked. Add The Spice Club Kulambu Chilli Powder & required tamarind water to boil until vegetable are cooked. Finally add in the coconut milk and boil 2 - 5 minutes in low flame. Now, serve the tasty Kulambu with Rice.,This Powder can also be used to prepare Tomato Curry, Egg Curry, Tamarind Curry, Fenugreek Curry and all kind of Veg & Non – Veg curries.
