Direction: Heat oil in the pan and add Mustard Seeds and Dry Red Chilli to fry. Add chopped small Onion, Tomato, Drumstick / Carrot (Vegetables of your choice). Now add 2 Tbsp of The Spice Club Sambar Powder and required Salt. Add one cup of water to cook the vegetables. Add 200g of cooked dhal, small quantity of tamarind water. Stir well and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Now, the delicious Sambar is ready to serve,
